It's an iterative process that evolves as our understanding of the problem space develops.
It's a scientific art
It's not just Creativity, It's combination of Psychology and Biology. It's Cognitive theory. Especially focusing on how information is represented, processed and transformed in faculties such emotion, persuasion and trust within nervous systems of humans & objects.
